On November 5,2021, the establishment of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee was held in Sunhold Xi’an Office. Huijuan Wu, Vice-President of Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Senran Yang, President of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association, Tianbao Wang, Xi’an Government Investment Ambassador & President of Xi ’ an New Era Fashionable Figures Research Association, Ping’an Yang, President of Shaanxi Calligraphy Art Association, Jing Li, President of Health Promotion Association of Shaanxi Province, Tingting Zhang, Director of Science and Technology Service Center of Xi ’ an Society, Hongtao Chen, Vice President of Xi’an Tourism Group Datang Financial Holding and Investment Co., Ltd., Jinyong Han, Director of Shaanxi Continuing Education University Legal Training Center, Jingxiang Wang, Director of Sunhold Xi’an Office, Association Vice President Union, and guests attended the meeting.
Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee was established by Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association. Under the guidance of Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Xi'an Civil Affairs Bureau and Office of Xi'an Cyberspace Affairs Commission, led by Sunhold Xi’an Office and set up jointly by relevant legal service institutions, experts and scholars. The establishment of the Legal Committee aims to promote legal compliance and a healthy, orderly and high-quality development of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce, give full play to the link role of e-commerce associations in linking government and enterprises, better serve the government, enterprises and society, continuously improve the service level of employees in the e-commerce industry, and safeguard the overall interests of the industry and the legitimate rights and interests of members.
The meeting opened with a welcome speech by Jingxiang Wang, Director of Sunhold Xi’an Office. Director Wang first expressed a warm welcome on behalf of all colleagues of Sunhold to the leaders, guests and colleagues in the legal profession who came to the meeting! And he expressed gratitude to the Xi 'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Xi'an Civil Affairs Bureau and Office of Xi'an Cyberspace Affairs Commission for the full trust and support on Sunhold Xi’an Office which had the fortune to become the leading unit of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee. Then he introduced the development of Sunhold Xi’an Office to the leaders and guests attending the meeting. Sunhold Xi‘an Office is now a foreign-related legal talent practice teaching base of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, a legal designated service provider of Shaanxi provincial units, and a special service organization of Shaanxi SME service platform. At the same time, special services are being formed by Sunhold in the fields of government law construction, enterprise life cycle legal business governance, construction, finance, criminal and foreign-related legal services. Finally, on behalf of the law firm, Director Wang promised to use our professional quality to serve Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association legal committee in the future, and also hoped that we would work together to promote the legal compliance, healthy and orderly, and high-quality development of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce industry.
Subsequently, the Secretary-General of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Yunhai Liu read out the approval decision of the establishment of the Legal Commission ; Huijuan Wu, Deputy Director of Xi 'an Commerce Bureau, Senran Yang, President of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association, Xinyi Han, Director of Legal Committee of Xi 'an Live E-commerce Association, and Jingxiang Wang, Director of Sunhold Xi’an Office, jointly unveiled the establishment of the Law Commission.
After the opening ceremony, Huijuan Wu, deputy director of Deputy Director of Xi 'an Commerce Bureau, congratulated the establishment of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee. She said that live e-commerce has an irresistible development trend, and the establishment of legal committee is an important work content of equipping Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association with risk prevention consciousness and industry association self-discipline. Hope that the Association and the Law Commission play a bridge role for Xi’an direct-broadcast e-commerce industry to make greater contributions.
Han Xinyi, director of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee and executive director of Sunhold Xi’an Office, said : Direct-broadcast E-commerce industry is an important starting point to stimulate domestic demand and boost economy ; at present, the population of direct-broadcast e-commerce industry has reached 989 million, and it will reach 3 trillion yuan by 2022. To grasp the dividend of direct-broadcast e-commerce industry, we must use legal rules to create benefits and values ; as the first special committee established by Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association, the Legal Committee will play a professional advantage, being a good assistance of the government, and helping the standardized development of direct-Broadcast E-commerce industry.
Lei Ren, secretary-General of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association Legal Committee and lawyer of Sunhold Xi’an Office introduced the work content and work plan of the Legal Committee, and introduced the purpose, organizational structure, staffing and participation methods of the Legal Committee. Finally, he introduced the legal products of the legal commission serving enterprises from the perspective of people, goods and venues, and showed 'compilation of laws and regulations and policies of direct-broadcast e-commerce industry' and 'compilation of typical cases of direct-broadcast e-commerce industry ( phase I ) ‘.
The guest at the meeting, Tianbao Wang, Xi’an Government Investment Ambassador & President of Xi ’ an New Era Fashionable Figures Research Association, said that although direct-broadcast e-commerce is the development trend at this stage, the work content of is detailed and complex. The work of Xi’an Direct-Broadcast E-commerce Association is not easy. The establishment of the special legal committee can standardize the development of the association and provide professional legal support and help for the future work of the association.
Participant Tingting Zhang, Director of Science and Technology Service Center of Xi ’ an Society, said the establishment of the Legal Committee could escort the Association and solve social problems ; scientific and technological innovation products and science popularization can also be promoted by means of direct broadcasting, contributing to the development of Xi ’ an science and technology.
Jing Li, Participant and Chairman of Shaanxi Health Association, indicated that the combination of law and commerce and the rule of law were important for enterprises ; the live e-commerce can help innovate the healthy development mode of industry and hoped to further cooperate with the association in the future.

After the enthusiastic speech our guests, President Senran Yang of Xi’an Live-Broadcast E-commerce Association made a summary statement.
