In October, 2021, the joint trust project of Hubei Guofeng Asset Management Co., Ltd (Guofeng Asset) and Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd (Bohai Trust) was successfully issued. Sunhold provided legal services during the whole process.

Hubei Guofeng Asset Management Co., Ltd, founded in 2020, is a key “Wuhan attracts foreign businesses and investments” enterprise and a mixed ownership enterprise whose management teams are from domestic famous large enterprises and financial institutions and whose main businesses are asset management and investment advisory. Since establishment, Guofeng Asset has successfully issued nearly ten fund products.
