2019年09月19日，申浩律师事务所田庭峰主任、邢乐锋律师登门拜访我国法学泰斗、中国政法大学终身教授江平先生。即将迎来90周岁生日的江老先生得知我所于今年扩租恒隆港汇，重回梦开始的地方，在家中挥毫题字，为我所欣然题写“上海申浩律师事务所”，鼓舞全体申浩人不忘初心，砥砺前行。
Tian Tingfeng, Director of SUNHOLD Law Firm along with Lawyer Xing Lefeng visited Mr. Jiang Ping, Master of Laws and Lifetime Professor of China University of Political Science and Law on September 19, 2019. Mr. Jiang was about to celebrate his 90th birthday, and after knowing that our Firm expanded its rental area to Grand Gateway 66, and returned to the place where our dream started, he was delighted to inscribe “Shanghai SUNHOLD Law Firm” for our Firm at home, to encourage all SUNHOLD people to stay true to the original self, and forge ahead with determination.
江平先生是国务院政府特殊津贴授予者、七届全国人大常委会委员、法制工作委员会副主任，不仅是改革开放40年的见证者、推动者，更是新中国法治建设的亲历者、开创者之一，戏剧般的人生经历镌刻着时代的烙印。同时，江老先生也是一位循循善诱、诲人不倦的导师，一位法律精神的诠释者、布道者。仅担任两年校长职务，却因深受广大学子尊敬与热爱，被称为“永远的校长”。江老先生为中国政法大学所题“法治天下”流畅大字正矗立于蓟门桥校园内，这是他终其一生的理想，更是无数中国法学人的思想归宿。“只向真理低头”，“我所能做的就是呐喊”……这些来自江老先生的名言，仍时刻警醒着无数法律人，应当具有在任何的困难面前都不屈服的品格，坚定初心。
As Granter of Special Government Allowances under the State Council, Member of the 7th NPC Standing Committee, and Deputy Director of the Commission of Legislative Affairs, Mr. Jiang Ping is not only the witness and promoter of 40-year reform and opening-up, but also one of the witnesses and founders of legal construction in new China. His life experience is printed with the branding of the times. Meanwhile, Mr. Jiang is also a tutor who is good at and tireless in teaching as well as an interpreter and propagandist of legal spirits. Jiang only worked as the headmaster for two years, but he was deeply respected and loved by lots of students, and was called as “Forever Headmaster”. Mr. Jiang inscribed “Governing the World by Law” for China University of Political Science and Law, and those fluent words are now placed inside Jimenqiao Campus. This is his lifelong ideal, and also the ideological destination for numerous legal workers in China. “Bowing only to truth”, “what I can do is to shout”… These are well-known sayings of Mr. Jiang, and are still reminding numerous legal workers constantly to have the quality of facing difficulties with firm original aspiration.
江老先生曾言：“律师的思考应该是严谨的、多元的、敏锐的、创造的”，“律师提出的意见在任何国家都是非常非常重要的，律师也做实践工作，律师比教授更知道法律的不同。我们律师能不能在思维的方式方法中，更多有创造性思维，可能对于我们国家的法律政策会带来更大的机遇”。申浩律师事务所成立14载，要走的路还很长，能够获得江老先生的墨宝与勉励，全体申浩人感到荣幸之至。江老先生用自己的言行证明了只向真理低头的崇高精神，作为法律从业者，我们定会加倍努力，不辜负江老先生对我们的殷切期望，将“成为一家值得信赖并尊敬的律师事务所”作为共同的愿景继续前行。
Mr. Jiang once said, “a lawyer’s thoughts should be rigorous, diversified, acute and creative”, “and a layer’s opinion is of great significance in any country. Lawyers are also engaged in practical work and know more than professors in respect of the difference in laws. If our lawyers have more creative thoughts in the ways and methods of thinking, China will have bigger opportunities to legal policies. SUNHOLD Law Firm has been founded for 14 years and still has a long way to go. It’s a great honor for all SUNHOLD people to be encouraged by Mr. Jiang and his calligraphy. Mr. Jiang, by his own statements and actions, has proved the lofty spirits of bowing only to the truth. As legal workers, we will redouble our effort and live up to the earnest expectations of Mr. Jiang and will continue to forge ahead based on the common vision of “becoming a reliable and respectable law firm”.
