The Marine Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Transport issued the Circular about Provisional Reduction and Exemption of Port Construction Fee and Compensation Fund for Vessel-Induced Oil Pollution Damage. According to the circular, from March 1, 2020 until June 30, 2020 the compensation fund will be halved, while the port construction fee for imported and exported goods will be exempted.
