On January 8, 2021, the training course sponsored by Shanghai Chain Enterprises Association(SCEA) regarding law of franchising was held successfully in Sunhold GRAND GATEWAY 66 office. The theme of the course was the legal risk and solution of business franchise, from the perspective of litigation. The enthusiasm of the members of SCEA was high in spite of the cold weather. As the first training course held by SCEA in 2021, it had Mr. Min Qu, co-partner of Sunhold, to give a lecture from five aspects, including the recognition of contractual relationship of commercial franchise, the impact of filing and information disclosure on contract performance, the cooling-off period clause, and the validity of commercial franchise contracts.
