Sponsored by Koguan Law School, Shanghai University and co-sponsored by Sunhold Law Firm, the four-day special lecture on Civil Code was held successfully on June 20-21, and June 26-27, 2020. Two members from the special team of codificationof Civil Code and the professor teaching the subject of Civil and Commercial Law from Koguan Law School gave the lecture. They carefully explained the legislative intention, legal logic, sources of reference and comparison, as well as the evolution and influencing factors of each legal provision in key articles of the Civil Code for more than 100 legal professionals on the spot.
