In order to better implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of Communist Party of China and the second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee, promote the better and faster development of the legislation in finance and taxation, further understand the basic principles of tax law, and improve the application of tax law, Koguan School of Law of Shanghai Jiao Tong University launched the "Tax Law Leading Talents Program" for national lawyers (including public lawyers), accountants, tax agents, business executives, university teachers and graduate students. On the basis of the successful completion of the 1st and 2nd enrollment work in 2018 and 2019, the 3rd enrollment plan of the "The Tax Law Leading Talents Program" will be initiated in April 2021.
