This time we were honored to invite Dr Xiangjun Kong to give a lecture on The application of Intellectual Property Law in the perspecti of the Civil Code. Dr Kong is Dean and a Chair Professor of Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is also Dean and doctoral supervisor of Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Yongan Han, President of Shaanxi Lawyers Association and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Shaanxi lawyers industry, attended and addressed the event. For the need of epidemic prevention and control, the event combined online live platform with on-site learning. There were nearly 300 lawyers at the forum, with more than 4,500 students listening online.
