Recently, Sunhold acted as project lawyer for Shanghai Yuncheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd, who has successfully issued the first 300 million ABS through shelf offering.
The first phase of "2020 Huaxin-Yuncheng Leasing Phase 1-5 ABS" was successfully issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It was the first time our client has issued securities through shelf offering, where total issue amount was planned as no more than 1 billion yuan. The current issue is 300 million yuan as phase one, in which priority is 270 million yuan with AAA ratings and 4.23% coupon rate. China Fortune Securities is the manager, Haitong Securities is the underwriter and Sunhold acted as project lawyer.
