Kappes is the Managing Shareholder of the Sacramento office in CA, the U.S. also the Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Business Unit of the firm, and Dawn Zhang is the Co-Managing Shareholder of GT International Law Office in Shanghai also the Co-Chair of China Business of the firm. They delivered keynote speeches on legal issues encountered by Chinese companies operated overseas, the corresponding legal protection, coping strategies as well as opportunities and challenges from China-US trade negotiations.
