In the past years, I have been working as a patent agent, an intellectual property legal adviser and a lawyer. Before this, I was an automation technical engineer in both a petrochemical enterprise and a European multinational enterprise for a few years. . I became a lawyer, where I am familiar with the application process and legal affairs of patents, trademarks and copyrights., engaging in the planning and litigation of the use of in intellectual property rights. I also engaged in company shareholder agreement drafting, contract drafting and review, and related litigation, etc.. I was responsible for drafting domestic and foreign patent application documents, drafting responses to the office actions, applying for re-examination, invalidation application and invalidation arguments and so on. I was also responsible for patent novelty searches, creativity searches, infringement searches, and providing patent analysis reports. I was responsible for trademark registration affairs and litigation , and copyright applications and litigation, providing training, consultation and advice on intellectual property for clients.
