He has represented financial institutions and listed-companies in handling dozens of independent guarantee
disputes and LC fraud disputes sentenced by the Supreme People's Court and Higher People’s Courts.
Each year, Mr. Bai represents clients in resolving disputes relating to company control, share transfer,
contract disputes, etc.

1.Represented a Chinese Military enterprise in an independent guarantee dispute with Hyojong Industrial Co., Ltd.、Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd.、UBAF（Hong Kong）Ltd. and Luoyang Aviation Construction Co., Ltd. in People’s High Court of Henan Province;
2.Represented ICBC in an independent guarantee dispute with a state-owned enterprise in the Supreme People’s Court;
3.Represented a state-owned company in dispute over sales contracts with a trading company, Haihong Chemicals Import & Export Corporation and BCM in People’s High Court of Zhejiang Province; (Criminal-civil Cross Case related to Red Notice )
4.Represented a stated-owned company in a series of litigations related to contractual disputes with HSBC, Huaxia Bank Wuxi Branch, Rural Commercial Bank Jiangyin Branch, Zhanpeng Co., Ltd., C-Star Shipping Co., Limited in the Supreme People’s Court; (Criminal-civil Cross Case related to Red Notice )
5.Represented a company in a financial loan contract dispute counter-appealed by the Supreme People's Procuratorate;
