Lawyer Haifeng Li, Master of Law, Fudan University, has worked in a court of Shanghai since 1992 and has long been engaged in trial practice. From the 20 years of court work, he gains 10 years of civil experience and 10 years of execution experience. He has served as President of the Civil Trial Chamber of a District Court and Vice-President of the Executive Board. Since 2014, he has practiced as a lawyer. As a column author of “ Ting Ling ”, he has written “ 100 points in civil and commerce practice” article series, discussing the professional content of execution practice from the perspectives of the court’s trial mechanism, the expansion of the client service of litigation lawyers, the team cooperation of litigation lawyers and the promotion of lawyers’ business, look forward to playing more roles in Sunhold and progressing with everyone.
Lawyer Haifeng Li, with a two-way legal mind of judge & lawyer, firmly believes that the best marketing is high quality professional services. At present, his main practices are civil and commerce litigation / arbitration / enforcement, non-performing asset disposal and agency in corporate bankruptcy cases, and currently serves as an arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission. Song focused on Dispute Resolution, Corporate business, Real Estate and Construction Engineering and other business areas, and provided long-term legal services for central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises including China International Capital Co., Ltd., Greenland Group and other financial, fund, industrial and Internet companies. He accumulates rich experience in dispute resolution through years of practice.

Lawyer Liangxuan Chen has a bachelor's degree in management from Shanghai Ocean University and a law minor from Fudan University. He has multiple disciplinary backgrounds in management, law and science & engineering. At the same time, Chen Liangxuan has the qualifications of patent engineer, copyright agent and intellectual property management system auditor ( IPMS ).
Lawyer Liangxuan Chen has been engaged in patent, trademark and copyright agency work since 2008. In the past 13 years, he has handled a large number of cases such including patent application, transfer, licensing, invalidity, international patent application, trademark registration, retrial, objection, renewal, international registration of Madrid trademark, registration of indigenous rights of works and computer software. Chen worked as a lawyer for 8 years, his main practice areas include Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, corporate business ; he has represented different types of civil and commercial dispute resolutions, company equity disputes, tortious liability disputes, labor disputes, financial non-performing assets disposal, trademark administrative confirmation disputes and other cases. Among them, Lawyer Chen has represented a Shanghai mechanical and electrical equipment installation company construction project subcontract dispute appeal case, finally restore major economic losses for the client; represented a technology company in Shanghai and the State Intellectual Property Office and a Yunnan Company’s trademark invalidation request administrative dispute case series and won the lawsuit; and represented in the two appeals and ordered to make a new ruling in a case in which the court finally decided to cancel the wrong arbitration of the State Intellectual Property Office.

Lawyer Yaoyao Jiang graduated as bachelor from University of Suzhou. Her main practices include providing legal consulting for corporates, corporate compliance & risk control, civil and commercial dispute resolution, commercial negotiations, bankruptcy. Jiang has been practicing for decades in Suzhou and Shanghai. She has served as a legal consultant to more than twenty enterprises for years and owns unique experience in enterprise risk management. Relying on the enterprise platform, she has dealt with more than 500 civil and commercial litigations and is expert in introducing negotiation in routine litigation procedures, finally coming to a win-win agreement of the both parties. On the basis of a large number of civil and commercial litigation experience, Lawyer Yaoyao Jiang has a full understanding of the operational management risk of the enterprise. Combined with the current hot spot of compliance, she has turned to providing compliance programs in human resources, safe production, environmental protection, tax credit, intellectual property and other key areas for enterprises to build a compliance system.
