The Supreme People's Court released on March 15, 2020 the Implementation Plan for Enforcing Intellectual Property Verdicts (Exposure Draft) and the Guidelines for Enforcing Intellectual Property Verdicts (Exposure Draft), to gather public opinions until May 15, 2020.
The implementation plan called for efforts to increase the efficiency of enforcing court rulings about intellectual property disputes. If the court verdict makes arrangement about property disposal, relevant provisions in the civil procedure law and the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning Online Judicial Sale by People's Courts should be complied to make sure the property disposal is fair, fast and efficient.
